Refund Policy.

Your first payment

If Competitor Intelligence is not right for your dealership, email us within 24 hours of your first payment and we refund it in full, including tax.

Your first payment is the first charge on your account. For a new account that is the charge on day 15, when the free trial ends. The rule is the same for monthly and yearly plans.

After that

Later payments are not refunded, and neither is part of a month or year. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for; see our Cancellation Policy.

If we end your account

If we close your account for any reason other than a serious breach of our Terms of Service, or shut Competitor Intelligence down, we refund the unused part of the period you have paid for.

How to request a refund

Email system@addedhours.ai with:

• Your dealership’s name
• The email address on the account
• The date of the charge

We reply within 2 business days. Refunds go back to the card that paid and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
