You can cancel Competitor Intelligence at any time from your account page, or by emailing system@addedhours.ai. No phone call, no notice period, no fee.
During your free trial
Cancel before day 15 and you are never charged.
Monthly plans
Cancelling takes effect at the end of your current month. You keep access until then, and you are not charged for the next month.
Yearly plans
Cancelling takes effect at the end of your current year. You keep access until then, and your plan does not renew.
No partial refunds
Cancelling stops future payments; it does not refund the period you are in. The one exception is your first payment, which we refund if you ask within 24 hours; see our Refund Policy.
Changed your mind?
Until your paid period ends, you can turn the plan back on from your account page.
Your data after you cancel
After your plan ends, email us and within 30 days we send you an export of your saved competitor sets, settings and reports, or delete your dealership’s data, as you ask.
